01Program Description
These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") apply to text messages sent by Social Play Agency Ltda., doing business as Social Play ("Social Play"), from +1 888-317-7393 or another number clearly identified as Social Play.
The Social Play Messaging Program may send messages to martial arts school owners and authorized business representatives who request information and separately opt in to SMS. Messages may include:
- •Requested Growth Audit results or status updates.
- •Territory availability information.
- •Follow-up questions and responses to your inquiry.
- •Customer care and support messages.
- •Information about the Social Play Mat System and related Social Play services.
02How You Opt In
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our website form and actively selecting an optional, unchecked SMS consent box. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may submit the website form without selecting the SMS consent box.
03Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request, your responses, territory review status, and the level of follow-up needed.
04Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your mobile plan. Social Play does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program.
05Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Social Play message. After you reply STOP, you may receive one confirmation message. We will not send additional SMS unless you later provide a new opt-in where permitted by law.

07Supported Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside Social Play's control. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered.

Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to deliver and manage messages on our behalf.
09Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile number provided. You are responsible for notifying us if the number changes ownership or is no longer controlled by you.
10Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or by another reasonable method.
